Once again I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks for the great success we had on saturday night. I found you a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish - nothing was a problem, no matter how minuteit may have seemed. You were consistently polite and constructive, helpful and charming and an enormous asset to Berman & Wallace. At no point in the evening did I get a sense of anything except you being in total control. I have rarely come accross such high levels of customer service and professionalism and it is with great pleasure that I will recommend you and all your colleagues to my friends. Our guests were suitably bowled over by the food and the service - they commented that the food was out of this word and that every single member of staff was perfection personified. Please pass on this compliment to all concerned.

Thanks so much - I really would never go anywhere else for private catering again so can you pencil in our 50th -in Barbados!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you from all the family for the absolutely wonderful celebration that we had on Saturday. From start to finish, your work was totally professional and friendly, the food was fantastic and you were all so really kind to us - which really made it special!

Clive, you helped us so much in the preparations including table moving! – and were patience itself as the menu changed, re-changed and then changed again! The staff, Nicholas, Fiona and Venus were absolutely perfect – discreet but always there when needed and what can I say, Barbara – you’re just brilliant! You handled the whole day so beautifully from start to finish and everyone was delighted with the meal
